The hotel's location was magnificent, adjacent to restaurants as well as Hazard. The personnel was really helpful. The room seemed beautifully maintained and fairly quiet, the bed was very comfy.

The location is EXCELLENT and favourable, in the middle of jackson. Furthermore, it's just next door to restaurants as well as Hazard. There are perfectly clean and beautiful rooms with clean bathrooms. The bed is extremely comfy.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was great. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff. The hotel had a beautiful view from our window and the front desk staff, especially the gentleman on nights, was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Hazard for a business trip. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel was clean and the staff was always pleasant, ensuring that my room was kept clean throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with nearby options for food and fuel. Even though the dining room was closed due to the 'Rona, the pickup and go breakfast was delicious, with hot coffee and a tasty blueberry muffin. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner setup in the shower was a great touch, making it much easier to use compared to traditional slippery bottles.

Would highly recommend this hotel.
